Jody Koutz, MS RDN

Jody has been practicing as a Registered Dietitian for more than 20 years, earning her bachelor’s degree in dietetics from Eastern Michigan University and her master’s degree from Rutgers University. In her role as Care Manager for Exponential Health’s Direct Primary Care+ (DPC+) program, Jody helps patients navigate the healthcare system and ensures they feel supported throughout their care journey. She assists with referrals, coordinates care and follow-up, and serves as a resource for patients between visits, helping to ensure their needs are addressed, and their care remains connected and seamless.

With her extensive background in nutrition and patient care, Jody brings a personalized, whole-person approach to supporting patients and works closely with the medical team to help patients make informed decisions and get the most from their DPC+ experience.

Outside of work, Jody enjoys traveling with her family, trying new foods around the world, and spending time hiking and enjoying the outdoors.
